This musical is a 1930's classic full of wacky hijinks along with fun and jazzy tap numbers. This story takes place on and around the deck of a cruise liner so the main goal for this scenic design was to capture the aesthetic of an early 1900’s cruise ship. Using a balance of classic Art Deco themes and a simple but elegant color scheme, the ship came to life with every stage movement.
