When I approached this hilarious classic comedy of murder and family drama I wanted to capture the feeling of what the inside of a rich grandma’s house circa 1940’s. In my research, I traced the year of the houses original construction of the mansion house to the 1850’s and tried to capture that Gilded Age style. From the set dressing to the railings I aimed to have the space feel warm and lived in as well as unsuspecting as to the horrors within.
